PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Boulder Ridge Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BOULDER RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON MAY 12, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 10:30 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2024 & 2025 Budget for PID No. 1 D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on October 28, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-01, 2024 Budget for PID No. 1 2. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-02, 2025 Budget for PID No. 1 3. Adoption of the 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule for PID No. 1 F. Administrative Non-Action Items G.
