- NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL PUBLIC HEARING a) Consideration of the proposed amendments to Chapter 12 Planned Unit Developments (PUD) of the Grantsville City Land Use Management Code, along with conforming, technical, and related changes to sections of Chapters 3, 4, 6, 8, 16, 19a, and 21. b) Consideration of the amendments to the GLUMDC for chapter 4. c) Consideration of the amendments to the GLUMDC for chapter 7. d) Consideration of the amendments to the GLUMDC for chapter 8. e) Consideration for the proposed Preliminary Plat application for Townhomes on Willow, located at approximately 132 S. Willow St. AGENDA 1. Consideration for the proposed Preliminary Plat application for Townhomes on Willow, located at approximately 132 S. Willow St. 2. Consideration of the proposed amendments to Chapter 12 Planned Unit Developments (PUD) of the Grantsville City Land Use Management Code. 3.
