- MEETING NOTICE of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet at the anchor location of the Richins Building, 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Members of the Committee may attend by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video). Such members may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present. Individuals with questions, comments, or needing special accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act regarding this meeting may contact Amy Jones at 435-336-3042. Agenda 1. Call to order and roll call. 2. Public comments on items not on the agenda. 3. Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the April 2nd meeting: Exhibit 1 4. Welcome guest, Jody Summers, Director, Heber City Cemetery. Discussion items may include: - Heber Cemetery Components - Demographics: Ratio of cremations/burials, Percent from Park City area, etc. - Cremation Services: interment of ashes, spreading of ashes, memorialization, etc. - Duties of employees and cooperation with other government entities, etc. - Prices of services (Exhibit 2) 5. Finance and Community Outreach: Discussion and possible action to: - (a) Appoint two board members to sign checks. - (b) Approve procurement policies. (Exhibit 3) - (c) Assign some duties of a board member to others while he recovers from a medical procedure. - (d) Hire an intern. - (e) Set date for a public meeting. 6. Site Selection: Discussion and possible action regarding: - (a) Compromise Site Plan at UOP. (Exhibits 4 and 5) - (b) Meeting with Basin Rec May 8th 7. Administration: Discussion regarding: - (a) Status of Amendments to Deed Restrictions for UOP properties acquired from Boyer and Co. 8. Discussion and possible action on suggestions for next steps: - (a) Finalize site plan boundary configuration - (b) Hold public meeting - (c) Seek meeting with County Council to request approval of site - (d) Begin Conditional Use Permit application process - (e) Create RFP for business plan consultant - (f) Other: _______ 9. Agenda items for June 4, 2025, meeting 10. Adjournment
