Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Consent Agenda 3.1 Approval of minutes for the meeting of March 26, 2025 4. Public Forum 5. Action Items 5.1 REVIEW AND DECISION - Subdivision Plat Amendment - WICP Payson Tech 3 LLC: Request by Mark Weldon for approval to amend the subdivision plat for WICP Payson Tech 3 LLC to consolidate the two pieces of Utah County Parcel #69:003:0009 into one parcel. There is currently a division of the parcel with the same parcel number. This parcel is located at 171 West 1130 North. 5.2 PUBLIC HEARING - General Plan Amendment - Request by Payson City Staff for various amendments to elements of the Moderate Income Housing Plan. 6. Work Session 6.1 ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW - Discussion of possible amendments to several sections of Payson City Code Title 13 Zoning. 7. Commission Reports, Staff Reports, Training 8.
