- NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Orem City Council will consider declaring several parcels of real property to be surplus and authorizing the disposition of such properties by sale to UDOT for use in the widening of 1600 North.
