A G E N D A This meeting will not have a virtual/electronic component. Those interested in participating will need to attend personally or make other arrangements. Close Planning Meeting PUBLIC HEARING -- TIME CERTAIN 6:00 P.M 5. Open Public Hearing re A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL OF THE WHITE CITY WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REGARDING TRUSTEE COMPENSATION PURSUANT TO S.B. 50 PASSED BY THE 2025 UTAH LEGISLATURE AND SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR. (Increasing yearly stipend from $5,000 to $7,500 to reflect inflation since 2007.) 6. Close Public Hearing OPEN BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING 1. Call to Order and Determination of Quorum 2. Public Comment Any person wishing to comment on non-public hearing matters or other water system issues, may do so by coming to the table and giving their name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to 3 minutes, unless additional time is granted by the Chair. 3. Approval of Minutes of March 20, 2025 4. Discussion and Action RE: Resolution 2025-04-01: A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL OF THE WHITE CITY WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REGARDING TRUSTEE COMPENSATION PURSUANT TO S.B. 50 PASSED BY THE 2025 UTAH LEGISLATURE AND SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR 8.
