Open Public Hearing re A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL OF THE WHITE CITY WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REGARDING TRUSTEE COMPENSATION PURSUANT TO S.B. 50 PASSED BY THE 2025 UTAH LEGISLATURE AND SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR. (Increasing yearly stipend from $5,000 to $7,500 to reflect inflation since 2007.)
