Qualifi ed persons may apply for this seat on the Utah Boards and Commissions website. Committee Co-chair election May 8th New business Discussion: Non-compliance chart (review new chart against old chart) (3 year, inspection report) Discussion: New owner (history stay or remain same) / Insurance Discussion: Medication Administration; how to work with parents on inhalers/ epi-pen and original Rx included.
