- TOWN OF STERLING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022, AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be As Follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 3. Approval Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 4. Discussion and Adoption of Wage Scale 5. Discussion of Personnel Policy 6. Discussion and Approval of Cost for Post Hole Auger for Cemetery 7. Discussion and Approval of Purchase of Pickup with Dump Bed 8. Approval to Sign Fire Protection Agreement with Sanpete County Fire Services in Un-Incorporated Area 9. Discussion and Vote on Specific Water Master Duties Assigned to Jim Butcher 10. Review of General Budget 11. Discussion on Setting Budget for 24th of July Celebration 12. Discussion on Setting Up Committee for 24th of July Celebration 13. Discussion and Vote on Getting Clerk a New Laptop, and New Microsoft Office Program if Current Software is Not Transferrable to New Device 14. Clarification and Discussion on Non-Compliant Properties That Are Grandfathered In 15. Discussion on Planning & Zoning Policies and Procedures 16. Removal of Tami as Head of Planning & Zoning Committee (Motion by Mayor and Vote by Council) 17. Discussion and Vote on Having the Town Print and Purchase the Paper and Envelopes for Project Prepare's Emergency Checklist and Door Flags for the Town's Benefit 18.
