- Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a rescheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. 3. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from: July 10, 2024. 4. Business - Action Items None 5. Other Business - Inquiry - Darin Beckstead - Parcel #09-032-0009, 375 W 800 S. Owners would like to replace the existing single-family dwelling. Owners: Darin & Kim Beckstead Zone: Agricultural Acres: .74 Frontage: 165' Date of Parcel: Existed on 1970 Cache County Parcel Plat 6. City Business John Morrison - Councilman - Update on extending water, sewer lines & road improvements related to subdivisions. Review language for update to ordinance. Adjourn
