State St., Ste. 500, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from February 18, 2025 special meeting (enclosure). D. Formal appointment of Appointment of the District's Chief Financial Officer (Jenny Robinson) and Chief Administrative Officer (Carley Herrick). E. Appointment of UASD Board of Representatives Member (Carley Herrick) and Alternate Member (Evan Tufts). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Approve and/or ratify approval of payment of claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of December 31, 2024 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). C. Discussion regarding setting up a District credit card. III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Approval of 2025 T&M Rates. IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS V. LEGAL MATTERS A. Discussion regarding passage of HB0037 to add propane services to allowable Special District services. B. Approval of District Ethics Policy. C. Discussion of Information Technology Act Compliance VI. TRUSTEES' MATTERS VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII. ADJOURNMENT
