- SPRINGVILLE PAR BOARD REGULAR AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CIVIC CENTER, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 110 S. MAIN, SPRINGVILLE, UTAH March 25 2025- 5:45 P.M. 1. Welcome - Chairperson Kurtt Boucher 2. Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken. 7. Presentation Agenda 5:50 PM: Utah Valley Operafest 6:05 PM: Springville Playhouse 6:20 PM: World Folkfest 6:35 PM: The Rivoli 5 minutes for presentations, followed by a brief Q&A session. Presentations will be timed to keep to our meeting agenda. Once 5 minutes hit, the floor will be open to the board for questions 8. Recommendation for min-grant allocations.
