5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority.
6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken.

5 minutes for presentations, followed by a brief Q&A session. Presentations will be timed to keep to our meeting agenda. Once 5 minutes hit, the floor will be open to the board for questions
