- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 10/15/24 Public Hearing, 10/815/24 Special Meeting and 10/15/24 Town Council. Discussion and Vote on Subdivision Ordinance Discussion and vote on moratorium for building within Sterling Discussion and vote on Impact fee Plan and Ordinance Discussion and vote on Diane Denton obtaining a city culinary water hookup for land purchased near Palisade Road. Discussion by Michelle Brown regarding the non support of the project at the mouth of 6-mile canyon. Additional Discussion(s) brought up, not to be voted on. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approve Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on November 15th 2024 are highlighted in red.
