- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Red Bridge Public Infrastructure Districts 1 & 2 Board of Trustees NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RED BRIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 21, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 10:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the Minutes from July 17, 2024, Board Meeting. 2. Review and Accept Outstanding Reimbursement Expenditures (if any). D. Action Items 1. Review the Third Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 & 2, prepared by CLA. E. Discussion Items 1. Discuss the budget review and expenditures. 2. Discuss Property tax collections and disbursements. 3. Discuss any other related items. F. Other Items From Board Members G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance. This meeting will be simulcast via Zoom so members of the Board and the public may participate electronically. Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken.
