NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RED BRIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 21, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the Minutes from July 17, 2024, Board Meeting.
2. Review and Accept Outstanding Reimbursement Expenditures (if any).

1. Review the Third Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 & 2, prepared by CLA.
E. Discussion Items
1. Discuss the budget review and expenditures.
2. Discuss Property tax collections and disbursements.
3. Discuss any other related items.
