- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE TOURISM, RECREATION, CULTURAL AND CONVENTION ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting schedule of the Tourism, Recreation, Cultural and Convention Advisory Board (the 'TRCC Board') of Salt Lake County (the 'County') for calendar year 2025 is as follows: The tentative meeting schedules are set for March 28, June 6, August 22, September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, and November 21 of 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the County, 2001 South State Street, N2-800, Salt Lake City, Utah. Public notice of each meeting shall be given in accordance with state law. In addition to holding the above tentative meeting schedule, the Board may call and hold special meetings, as the business of the County may require. The Board may also call and hold emergency meetings, when, because of unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to consider matters of an emergency or urgent nature, as permitted under Section 52-4-202 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, Title 52 Chapter 4, Utah Code Annotated (the 'Open Meetings Act'). All meetings of the Board are open to the public. But closed meetings may be held by the Board from time to time if two-thirds of the members of the Board vote therefore at an open meeting and the meeting is called in the manner required by Section 52-4-204 and held for any of the limited purposes specified in Section 52-4-205 of the Open Meetings Act. Under Section 52-4-202 of the Open Meetings Act, the Board shall give not less than 24 hours public notice of the agenda, date, time and place of each of its meetings by: posting a written notice thereof, with the meeting agenda attached, on the bulletin board located inside of the main entrance door to County, Lobby, North Building, 2001 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, Salt Lake County's official website and on the Utah Public Notice Website.
