THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion on Carrie Zenger signing authority Resolution 2025-02. 2. Review of A/R and P&L 3.
