Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public staff meeting through Zoom https://zoom.us meeting ID #3278889056, commencing on February 25, 2025, at 3:00 P.M.
THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING,
NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN.
The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:
1. Discussion on Carrie Zenger signing authority Resolution 2025-02.
2. Review of A/R and P&L
3. Review and approval of contract scope of work for Bowen Collins ARPA Phase 1
4. Approval of Change Order #5 for Craythorne ARPA Phases 1 in the amount of $23,946.00.

Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
Request for motion to reconvene public meeting.
