- Public Notice RETREAT/TRAINING The Board of Education will be convening for a retreat/training on Wednesday, January 19, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Park City School District Offices 2700 Kearns Blvd., Park City, UT 84060 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance - Closed Session The Board will adjourn to closed session for the purpose of: a. discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; personnel b. strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation c. a strategy session to discuss the potential sale of real property USBA Training - Richard Stowell with USBA will provide training: - Team Culture - Shared Values - Board Ethics - Best Practices - Board Priorities: - The landscape - where we are headed - Analyzed prioritization results - Priority ranking - Actions & decisions Break/Lunch - Lia Herbert will review the recent survey results from staff regarding administrative vacancies. - FY26 Budget Discussion: - District Priorities - Bond Structure - Policies for Discussion: - 1005 District Vision, Mission, Core Values - 2005 Board of Education Power & Duties - 2036 Board of Education Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct - Additional Items - Committee Assignments - Update Board Handbook - Organization Chart - Updating Board on upcoming school events - Future meeting location and possible challenges for streaming - Developing Governing Board By-Laws - Wrap up and summarize next steps
