- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2023, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on the implementation of a Franchise Tax. The proposed changes are available for inspection on the city's website, the Utah Public Meeting website, and at the city offices during regular business hours.
