- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor A. Eureka City Minor Subdivision Ordinance Review. 6. Nazih Al-Tigar/Love Al-Tigar - Discussion on Zoning for Parcel # XE00-5233. Plans for Single-wide Manufactured Home. 7. Spencer Cole, Contactor for Boyce Sanderson. Inquiry concerning an overlap onto a separate piece of property owned by Mr. Sanderson for building two garages with apartments behind them. 8. Discussion on property located on Gardner Street - Does property meet current frontage requirements under Cottage Home Ordinance. 9. Other Business. 10. Adjournment.
