- UTAH PRIVACY COMMISSION MEETING This will be an electronic meeting with an anchor location. Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Assignment of 'Covert Surveillance' definition for inclusion in GDPA C. Report from the Office of Data Privacy i. Privacy Program Framework ii. Other initiatives D. Report from Deputy State Privacy Officer Nora Kurzova i. Review of mobile apps used by government entities ii. Goals for the upcoming year 3. Other business; and 4.
