Approval of minutes from the December 15, 2022, Board Meeting. 2. Consideration of Resolution 2023-01 Approving Amended and Restated West Side and East Side Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with Wasatch County for the Military Recreation Facility Project Area 3. Consideration of Resolution 2023-02 Approving the Final Project Area Plan - Part 7 for the Military Recreation Facility Project Area 4. Consideration of Resolution 2023-03 creating the Jordanelle Marina Recreation Area Public Infrastructure District in the Military Recreation Facility Project Area 5.
