- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA ROAM Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON FEBRUARY 4, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 3:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on December 20, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of transition of revenues for the Debt Service Surplus Fund. 2. Consider accepting the 2024 Fourth Quarter Financial Statements E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members 1. Discussion on Board Members for ROAM PID No. 2 and Bond distribution between ROAM PID No. 1 and 2 G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
