- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE The Heber Light & Power Board of Directors will conduct its regular monthly meetings in 2024 as listed below. Unless otherwise noticed, meetings will be held at 4:00 pm the Heber Light & Power Business Office, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah. All meetings are open to the public unless closed according to Utah Code Section 52-4-204. January 24, 2024 February 28, 2024 March 27, 2024 April 24, 2024 May 22, 2024 June 26, 2024 July 31, 2024 August 28, 2024 September 25, 2024 October 23, 2024 November 20, 2024 December 18, 2024
