- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE The Heber Light & Power Board of Directors will conduct its regular monthly meetings in 2025 as listed below. Unless otherwise noticed, meetings will be held at 4:00 pm the Heber Light & Power Business Office, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah.
