Public Comment and Business Items Presentation of Thank-You Plaques: Ginger Elmer - Former Planning Commission Member Gene Anderson - Former Town Council Member Brett Chynoweth - Retired after 30 Years Water Bill Adjustment Request Lane Mecham (Garfield County School District) - Dani will present an email from Lane requesting forgiveness of the water bill from a recent leak repair. Dr. Good Spring Repair Scope of repairs, costs, and approvals. Ordinances Water and Sewer Connections for Trailers - Review options and compliance with RV ordinances. Penalty Ordinance - Discussion and possible approval for violation fines. 5. Planning and Zoning - Building Permits Applicant: Ray Overson (for Vance and Jeanine Pollock) Project: Add a deck and bathroom update Status: Approved by Planning Commission; final review and approval needed by Town Council 6. Employee Report Cannon: Updates on roads, streets, water, and sewer projects Cassie Chynoweth: Project updates Dani Harding: Project updates 7. Financial/Legal Approval of Financial Warrants Bank Account and Access Update Approval for Cost of New Sewer Lift Station 8-13.
