Public Comments To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting, public comments will be restricted to items that are not listed on this or a future agenda and limited to three minutes per person. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. Comments pertaining to an item on the agenda should not be given at this time but should be held until that item is called. 9. Consent Items 9.a Approval of November 19, 2024, City Council Meeting Minutes. 9.b Approval of Resolution #24-63 A Resolution of the Draper City Council establishing the regular meeting schedule for the City Council and the Planning Commission for the year 2025. 9.c Approval of Resolution #24-64 A Resolution by the Draper City Council approving the City Council Assignment List for 2025. 9.d Approval of Resolution #24-65 A Resolution of the Draper City Council electing Tasha Lowery to serve as the Mayor Tempore for the year 2025. 9.e Approval of Resolution #24-68 A Resolution appointing Lucy Williams to the Draper City Community Engagement Committee. 10. Items for Council Consideration 10.aAction Item: Resolution #24-57 A Resolution accepting the City of Draper Audit and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024. Staff report by John Vuyk. 10.bAction Item: Ordinance #1627 An Ordinance of the Draper City Council amending Title 7 of the Draper City Municipal Code regarding the Draper City Cemetery. Staff report by Spencer DuShane. 10.c Action Item: Resolution #24-70 Approval of a Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Draper City and The Point of the Mountain State Land Use Authority, Staff report by Mike Barker. 10.dPublic Hearing: Ordinance #1628 An Ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of Draper City for approximately 0.52 acres from the RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 ft² min. lot size) to CC (Community Commercial) Zone for property located at 12240 S. 700 E. Known as The Break Zoning Map Amendment. Staff report by Nick Whittaker. 10. ePublic Hearing: Ordinance #1629 Approval of an Ordinance amending the compensation for statutory offers for Fiscal Year 2024/2025. 10.f Public Hearing: Resolution #24-67 Approval of a Resolution amending the executive officer compensation for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 as proposed.
