- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Vice Chairman Klansey Bateman called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Vice Chairman Klansey Bateman Commissioner Steve Wallace Commissioner Vrayan Soriano Commissioner Randy Croasmun City Council Liaison Radine Murphy City Clerk Liliana Soriano EXCUSED: Chairman Greg Mascaro, Commissioner Jose Botello, City Treasurer Sasha Palafox 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Planning & Zoning Commissioner Steve Wallace led the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 16TH, 2024. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Steve Wallace seconded by Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Klansey Bateman to Approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning meeting held on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024.
