- N O T I C E FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT A MEETING OF THE FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL BE HELD AT 11:00 A.M., ON TUESDAY, THE 17TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2024 IN THE SANPETE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 160 NORTH MAIN, ROOM 101, MANTI, UTAH. MATTERS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA 11:00 Review/approval of minutes quarterly meeting held October 15, 2024 and minutes from work meeting held November 19, 2024. Adopt 2025 budget Review and approval of finances Approval of invoices to be paid Liability Insurance bids (USIP and Utah Local Governments Trust) Discussion on unallocated funds Wages for board members
