Public Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (limited to 3 minutes) 6:05 P.M. 2. Consent Items. a. Minutes of November 12, 2024 (open and closed) 6:10 P.M. 3. Public Hearing - Amend Budget. Discussion and possible consideration to approve amending the fiscal year budget 2024-2025, Resolution 2024-W. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 6:25 P.M. 4. Garbage and Recycling Services. Review the current Garbage and Recycling Services provided by the City. (Presenters: Tyson Jackson and Amy Mabey) 6:35 P.M. 5. Planning Commission Recommendations. (Presenters: Amy Mabey and Tammy Eveson) a. Zone Text Amendment. Consideration of a text amendment for Manufacturing and Commercial Parking Requirements, Ordinance 2024-23. b. General Plan Amendment. Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Community Character table of the General Plan to provide distinction for Rural Residential Land Use classifications corresponding with the language and specifications in the Future Land Use Map, Ordinance 2024-24. 6:45 P.M. 6. Adjournment. Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
