Thank you. AGENDA 9:00 A.M. OPENING, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS, (Auditor, COA, Tourism, Park & Rec, Sheriff and Corrections, and Commission) ETC. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FROM NOVEMBER 12, 2024 TO NOVEMBER 24, 2024. 10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING 1. PUBLIC HEARING, REGARDING THE 2025 PROPOSED FINAL BUDGET. 2. PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A COMPENSATION INCREASE FOR EXECUTIVE COUNTY OFFICERS. PUBLIC APPOINTMENT 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS Three (3) Minute Time Limit per Speaker for Public Comment Participants. Should Not Repeat Others Comments. Only for Items Not on the Agenda. No Items Related to Commission's Role as an Appeal Board. Comments Should Be Directed to the Commission. No Attacks on Other Peoples' Character. 4. RESOLUTION 2024-10, ADOPTING ADDITIONAL PROPERTY TAX REVENUE FOR 2025 CALENDAR YEAR. 5. REVIEW AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF SEWER LINE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT. Presented by Sam Woodall. 6. DISCUSSION WITH THE ENTERPRISE AND IRON CONSERVATION DISTRICT REGARDING CONSERVATION DISTRICT PROGRAMS. Requested by Tyce Palmer. 7. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE USE OF IRON COUNTY FACILITIES BY OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES. 8. PERSONNEL A. USU EXTENSION 1. Request for approval of new-hire, Taryn Schroeder as a F/T 4-H Coordinator, backfill of a vacant position, Effective November 25th, 2024 NON-DELEGATED ITEMS 1. County Boards 2.
