- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a work meeting on the 22nd day of October 2024. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 3:30 pm. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Discussion on the Lead and Copper Pipeline Replacement grant. 4- Discussion on the proposed personnel policy. 5- Discussion on changes to water and electricity rates, as well as their impact on the budget. 6- Discussion on pay raises. Possible Closed Session. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing ztonc@helpercity.net. I Zack Tonc Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 18th day of October 2024 at Helper City Office, helpercity.gov, and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
