The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a work meeting on the 22nd day of October 2024.
At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 3:30 pm.
Agenda
1- Call to order.
2- Roll call.
3- Discussion on the Lead and Copper Pipeline Replacement grant.
4- Discussion on the proposed personnel policy.
5- Discussion on changes to water and electricity rates, as well as their impact on the budget.
6- Discussion on pay raises.
Possible Closed Session.
