CALL TO ORDER 2. DISCUSSION TOPICS a. Discussion regarding 2025 Western Stampede Plans and Budget b. Discussion of replacing the Board of Adjustment with an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) c. Discussion of a proposed budget amendment for Meadowlark Lane Traffic Calming Improvements d. Discussion on ways to help with the need for affordable housing. Suggesting modifying ordinances for infill projects to not require 2 car garages. 3. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS Topics not included on the agenda, brought up for discussion to address matters of importance or items needing prompt attention. Final action on these topics will not be taken at this meeting. 4.
