- Utah Privacy Commission Meeting This will be an electronic meeting with an anchor location. Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Approve minutes of the October 9, 2024 meeting B. Subcommittee Reports i. Legislation Subcommittee - Recommendations for supplementation of report to the Legislative Interim Committee concerning: 1. Verifiable digital credentials (VDCs); 2. Clarity as to data transfers; and 3. Clarity as to informed consent for cookies, tracking, and data sharing ii. Other Subcommittee reports, if any C. Report from the Office of Data Privacy i. Chief Privacy Officer Christopher Bramwell - Status update on the ODP's Privacy Framework ii. Denise Farnsworth - Privacy Impact Assessments iii. Shane Paul - Education and Training D. Report from Deputy State Privacy Officer Nora Kurzova - The Use of Generative AI in Healthcare 3. Other business; and 4.
