- Notice is hereby given that the Board of the San Rafael Special Service District will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on December 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm during a regularly schedule meeting of the San Rafael Special Service District Board. A copy of the 2025 budget is attached to this notice, will be published in ETV News the week of Dec 8th-14th and is available to view in person in the Emery County Commission Office.
