- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors, Central Iron County Water Conservancy District, State of Utah, will hold a Public Hearing and a Board Meeting at the Cedar City Council Chamber of the Cedar City Offices, 10 North Main St, Cedar City, Utah, on Thursday, the 21st day of November 2024, at the hour of 6:30 P.M. Agenda November 21, 2024 1. Call to Order Pledge and Prayer 2. Declaration of Abstentions and/or Conflicts of Interest by Board Members 3. Consider Approval of Minutes from the Board Meeting Held October 17, 2024 4. Public comment (Held to two minutes each) 5. Financials of the Water Conservancy District a. Consider Approval of Payment of Bills and Adjustments from October 11, 2024 through November 14, 2024. b. Review 2024 Financial Report c. Review 2025 Preliminary Budget d. Public Hearing for the Proposed 2025 Budget 6. Consideration of the following 2025 procedures: a. 2025 Proposed Budget b. 2025 Board Meeting Schedule c. 2025 District Holiday Schedule 7. Review and Discuss Resolution NO. 2014-1-16 Revision 10-A Resolution Adopting and Authorizing Fees and Service Charges a. Public Hearing on Resolution NO. 2014-1-16 Revision 10 b.
