- CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a City Council meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Forum (Individuals' public comments shall be limited to 3 minutes and must be pertinent to the scope of city authority and jurisdiction. Comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the Council) 5. Minutes - a. October 16th, 2024, Regular Council Meeting 6. Bills for the period ending November 2, 2024, totaling $351,223.67 7. Discussion and Possible Action Items a. New items b. Previous Items i. Storm Drain Improvements along 100 West ii. Lease or Purchase of Land from SITLA for the Tarr Canyon Well Site 8. Ordinances and Resolutions a. Reconsideration of Resolution 2024-02 Amending Employee Health Benefits b.
