- The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. 1. 6:35 PM Public hearing to consider a city-initiated proposal to amend the moderate-income housing component of the city's general plan to meet the requirements of Utah State House Bill 462. Proposed amendments will be available for review at the North Logan City Office. Interested citizens are invited to attend. Scott Perkes, AICP North Logan City Community Development Director
