The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT.
1. 6:35 PM Public hearing to consider a city-initiated proposal to amend the moderate-income housing component of the city's general plan to meet the requirements of Utah State House Bill 462.
2. 6:40 PM Public hearing and possible recommendation regarding city-initiated amendments to the NLMC Section 10A (Flood Damage Prevention) intended to bring this section of code up to state-recommended floodplain development standards.
Proposed amendments will be available for review at the North Logan City Office.
Interested citizens are invited to attend.
