REVIEW OF THE 7:00 P.M. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Smith b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Snelson c) Consent Agenda 1. Approval of the minutes for the September 10, 2024 work meeting and the October 01, 2024, regular meeting. 3. WORK MEETING DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Presentation of the Springville Storm Water Master Plan, IFFP-Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and IFA-Impact Fee Analysis - Jake Nostrom, Assistant Public Works Director b) Power Resource Discussion - Jason Miller, Power Director c) Discussion on involving stakeholders in city planning - Troy Fitzgerald, City Administrator MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ADJOURNMENT CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
