- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2600 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, February 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment for the Properties Located at 4898; 4896; 4894; and 4892 S. 1250 W.; and the Property at 1274 and 1276 W. Marinwood Ave. in Taylorsville, Utah, from Single-Family Residential R-1-20 to Two-Family Residential R-2-10; and a Zoning Map Amendment for the Properties Located at 4902 S. 1250 W. from Single-Family R-1-20 to Two-Family R-2-8.
