- PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is now given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting, on Wednesday, the 13th of November, 2024 at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS Welcome - Mayor Scott O'Hare Pledge - Rod McGary Prayer - Trisha Arbon Mayor Scott O'Hare (5 min) Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance Minutes from the Previous Meeting Mark Millett-Emergency Manager for Box Elder County Blair Wardle- Prosecuting Attorney Violation Updates/ Decision Snowville Subdivision Ordinance Water Hook-Up Website Accept Bid for electrical for Town Hall/ Park Christmas Party Town Hall Clean Up Flag Poles Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) - October Stats Forsgren (Eric Dustler) (5 min) - Snowville Fire Department (3min) - Snowville EMS (3 min) - Update on EMT Conference Snowville Clerk (3 min)- Update on the Bridge, CDBG Grant, and UDOT Funding Snowville Treasure (3 min) - AJ Morgan Water Operator - Water Well Council Member McGary (3 min) Council Member Johnson (3 min) - Acceptance of Bid for Crack Seal Project, Upkeep the Flower Beds at the Town Hall, No Truck Parking in the Town Hall Parking Lot Council Member O'Hare (3min.)
