- Notice is hereby given the Mayor & Council of the Town of Hinckley, Utah will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with their regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, UT. The agenda order may be as follows: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. PUBLIC HEARING 1. To receive and consider public comment prior to adopting an ordinance to amend Title 1, Chapter 5, of the Hinckley Town Code (1996), to include Section 7 Compensation for elected or appointed officers. 2. To receive and consider public comment prior to adopting an ordinance to amend the Mayor and Council Member Compensation Schedule. V. ADJOURNMENT
