- NOVEMBER 7, 2024 NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE Dammeron Valley Fire Special Service District will increase the annual fee charged to Dammeron Valley property owners for fire, rescue, and EMS response and for park maintenance from $470 to $550 effective January 1, 2025. The fee increase of $80 per year is necessary due to wage, services, and cost of goods inflation since the annual fee was reduced by $10 in January 2022, as well as increased demand for emergency service. A copy of the District's pending 2025 Operating and Capital budgets are posted with this notice. A public hearing to discuss and take action on this fee increase as well as the 2024 and 2025 budgets is scheduled for November 21st at 6:30 PM at the fire station. Property owners may contact the District Board at dvfssd@dvfrssd.org for more information or to comment.
