- Notice is hereby given that the Hearing officer will hold three public hearings on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, starting at 3:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on variance requests for Brice Mindrum located at 4864 S 5225 W. The request is for a Tuff shed to sit at 4'2' setback along south fence rather than a standard 5-foot setback.
