APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FROM OCTOBER 14, 2024 TO OCTOBER 27, 2024. 10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING 1. PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF A PARTIAL VACATE AND AMEND SUBDIVISON PLAT FOR A PORTION OF THE MONTE VISTA ACRES UNIT NO 4 SUBDIVISION (55 LOTS), APPPROXIMATELY 65.50 ACRES (WITHIN THE NW1/4 SECTION 8, T36S, R11W, SLB&M, IRON COUNTY, UT (WITHIN APN: D-0938-2-0941)), INCLUDING THE VACATION OF AVENIDA PLATA STREET, VIA DE LA REINA STREET, VERDE VIA STREET, LINDA VISTA AVENUE, MONTE VISTA AVENUE & NOCHES VIA STREET, CEDAR CITY, UT. Request for approval of promotion for Aaron Hatch from a F/T Deputy 1 to a F/T Deputy 2, Effective October 27th, 2024. 2. Request for approval of promotion for Tanner Taylor from a F/T Deputy 1 to a F/T Deputy 2, Effective October 27th, 2024. NON-DELEGATED ITEMS 1. County Boards 2.
