- SF Logo Wednesday, January 24, 2024 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. January 10, 2024. 2. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change A. DB INDUSTRIAL. This proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R Rural Residential to I-1 Light Industrial and to approve a Preliminary Plat to subdivide the 9.9 acre property into 2 industrial lots located at 3550 North 1150 West. 3. Site Plan A. SKYLINE NORTH AIRPORT. This proposal involves the development of industrial buildings to be located at 1432 West 3470 North. 4. Final Plat A. SKYLINE NORTH AIRPORT. This proposal involves the approval of the North Airport Industrial Condominiums Plat for 14 units to be located at 1432 West 3470 North. 5. Conditional Use Permit A. 2505 EAST T-MOBILE CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. This proposal involves modifications to an existing cell tower located at 2505 East Canyon Road. 6. Annexation A. WEST MEADOWS ANNEXATION. This request is for acceptance of the West Meadows Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is 41.28 acres located at approximately 1800 South 2300 West. 7. Concept Review A. RUSH FUNPLEX TOWNHOME CONCEPT. 8. Discussion A. RIVER RUN. B. THE ORCHARDS MASTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. C. MCDONALD ZONE CHANGE. D. LELAND MEADOWS PHASING PLAN. 9. Fire Code Regulations A. APPENDIX L. 10. Adjourn
